Key policies for your clients

Park, port and environment fees

Park, port and environment fees are not included in the fare. They are set by the authorities and can change without notice.

Diving experience

Advanced Open Water is recommended on most itineraries, as some sites have strong currents and deep walls. On Komodo Sea Dragon, Advanced Open Water and at least 30 logged dives are required.

Children and non-divers

Children are charged the full adult fare, as the harbour authorities count every passenger on board. Snorkellers and non-divers receive 10% off the trip price, which cannot be combined with other offers.

Transfers and boarding

Group airport transfers are included on embarkation and disembarkation days. On Komodo Sea Dragon, guests must be on board by 12 PM on departure day; late arrivals may need a paid private speedboat.

Payments and cancellations

The deposit, payment dates and refunds for each booking are set out in the booking confirmation. Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected].

Itinerary changes

The captain may change the route for weather, sea conditions or safety. Alternative sites of comparable quality are offered when possible, and no refunds are given for changes made for safety.

Full-boat charters

All three boats can be chartered for dive clubs, groups and private trips, with the route planned around the group.

Komodo Resort, our sister company

Komodo Resort on Sebayur Island, in the Komodo National Park area, is part of the same group, with a PADI 5 Star dive centre operated by Neptune Scuba Diving Komodo. A resort stay before or after a Komodo liveaboard is easy to combine.
