FAQ
Common Questions
What diving certification do I need?
We recommend at least an Advanced Open Water (or equivalent) certification. Some sites involve drift dives and depths beyond 18 m. Intro courses can be arranged aboard for non-certified companions.
Is Nitrox available on board?
Yes. Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx 32%) is available for a supplemental fee. Neptune One is equipped with a Bauer PE 320 B Membrane system. We recommend Nitrox for multi-dive days to extend your bottom time.
What is the cabin layout?
Neptune One has 8 spacious cabins across three decks—including 2 Master Suites with panoramic windows, 4 Deluxe Cabins, and 2 Standard Cabins. All feature en-suite bathrooms, individual AC, and premium bedding.
Can non-divers join a trip?
Absolutely. Many guests come for the snorkeling, island excursions, and relaxation. The itineraries include beach visits, kayaking, and scenic cruises that everyone can enjoy.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Our experienced captain monitors conditions closely. If a dive site is inaccessible, we adapt the itinerary to sheltered alternatives—Indonesia's archipelago always has a plan B.
