General Terms & Conditions
1. Website Use
This website is operated by PT Neptune Liveaboards Indonesia. By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. All content, including text, images, and multimedia, is the property of Neptune Liveaboards and may not be reproduced without written permission.
2. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 90 or more days before departure: full refund minus a $100 USD processing fee per person. Cancellations 60–89 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations 30–59 days before departure: 25% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: no refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal liability. While complimentary diving insurance is provided for direct bookings during the trip, this does not cover trip cancellation, lost luggage, or personal medical emergencies outside of diving activities.
5. Liability
PT Neptune Liveaboards Indonesia shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to diving activities, land excursions, and transportation. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are required to sign a liability waiver prior to boarding.
6. Itinerary Changes
Neptune Liveaboards reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, sea state, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Alternative dive sites and destinations of comparable quality will be offered when possible. No refunds are provided for itinerary changes made for safety reasons.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Neptune Liveaboards reserves the right to disembark any guest whose behavior poses a risk to the safety or comfort of other guests and crew, without refund.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management, guest communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required for trip logistics (e.g., marine park registrations). By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
Neptune One — Vessel Terms
1. Vessel Specifications
Neptune One is a 39-meter luxury liveaboard accommodating a maximum of 16 guests in 8 cabins. The vessel operates seasonal itineraries across Raja Ampat, Banda Sea, and Komodo National Park.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 14:00 on the day of departure at the designated port. Check-out is at 08:00 on the final day of the trip. Late arrivals must notify the reservations team at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Diving Requirements
All divers must hold a valid diving certification (minimum Open Water Diver or equivalent) and present their certification card and logbook at check-in. Guests with fewer than 30 logged dives may be required to complete a check-out dive before joining group dives.
4. Equipment
Full dive equipment rental is available at an additional cost. Personal equipment must be in good working order. Neptune One provides tanks (12L aluminum), weights, and a dive guide. Nitrox (EANx 32%) is available for a supplemental fee.
5. Cabin Allocation
Cabin types include Master Suite, Deluxe Cabin, and Standard Cabin, each at different price points. Cabin assignments are made in order of booking confirmation. Upgrade requests are subject to availability.
6. Special Requirements
Dietary requirements, medical conditions, and accessibility needs must be communicated at least 14 days before departure. While we strive to accommodate all guests, certain conditions may not be suitable for liveaboard travel.
Komodo Sea Dragon — Vessel Terms
1. Vessel Information
Komodo Sea Dragon is a luxury liveaboard purpose-built for Komodo National Park diving. The vessel operates year-round from Labuan Bajo, Flores.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at the Labuan Bajo harbor at 15:00 on departure day. Check-out is at 09:00 on the final morning. Airport transfers from Komodo Airport (LBJ) are included for guests arriving on the departure day.
3. Diving in Komodo
Komodo is known for strong currents. All divers must have a minimum of Advanced Open Water certification or equivalent with at least 30 logged dives. Current experience is highly recommended. The dive guide reserves the right to exclude divers from specific sites if conditions are deemed beyond their experience level.
4. National Park Fees
Komodo National Park entrance fees are not included in the trip price and must be paid in cash (IDR or USD) upon arrival. Current fees range from $25–$40 USD per person depending on nationality and duration. Fees are subject to change by the Indonesian government without notice.
5. Komodo Dragon Treks
Guided treks to observe Komodo dragons are included in the itinerary. Guests must follow park ranger instructions at all times. Pregnant women and guests with open wounds may be restricted from trekking activities for safety reasons.
6. Charter Options
Komodo Sea Dragon is available for private charter. Charter rates, terms, and minimum group sizes are available upon request. A separate charter agreement will be provided for private bookings.
