Booking & Payments

Welche Zahlungsmethoden akzeptieren Sie?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak-season Raja Ampat trips (October–April) and Komodo trips (April–November). Popular departure dates sell out quickly.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 30% deposit secures your cabin. The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure. We send payment reminders automatically.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, group bookings of 6 or more guests receive preferential rates. Full-boat charters include additional perks. Contact our reservations team for a custom quote.

Travel & Logistics

How do I get to the departure port?

Departure ports vary by itinerary. Komodo trips depart from Labuan Bajo (LBJ airport), Raja Ampat from Sorong (SOQ airport), and Banda Sea trips from Ambon (AMQ airport). We provide complimentary group airport transfers on embarkation and disembarkation days.

What should I pack for a liveaboard trip?

Essentials include lightweight clothing, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, personal medications, your dive certification card and logbook, and a dry bag for electronics. We provide towels, toiletries, and all bedding. A detailed packing list is sent with your booking confirmation.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance with dive coverage is strongly recommended. Direct bookings benefit from complimentary diving insurance (conditions apply), but we still advise separate travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal belongings.

Diving

How many dives per day?

We offer up to 4 dives per day: an early-morning dive, a mid-morning dive, an afternoon dive, and an optional night or sunset dive. Dive profiles and surface intervals follow conservative PADI/SSI guidelines.

Is Nitrox available?

Yes. Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx 32%) is available on all vessels for a supplemental fee. We recommend Nitrox for multi-dive days to extend bottom time and reduce nitrogen loading.

What are the typical water conditions?

Indonesia offers warm tropical waters ranging from 26–30°C (79–86°F). Visibility varies by region: Raja Ampat averages 15–25 meters, Komodo 15–30 meters, and Banda Sea 25–40+ meters. Currents range from mild to strong depending on the site.

Can beginners join?

Most itineraries require a minimum Open Water certification. Some sites involve currents and depths beyond 18m, so Advanced Open Water is recommended. We can arrange intro dive courses and refresher sessions for less experienced divers.

Are underwater cameras available for rent?

Camera rental is not currently available onboard. However, we have a dedicated camera room with individual charging stations, rinse tanks, and storage for your photography equipment. Many of our dive guides are experienced underwater photographers and can offer tips.

Our liveaboards typically anchor in sheltered bays overnight, minimizing motion. For passages between sites, the vessels are designed for stability. We recommend bringing your preferred seasickness medication (patches, tablets) as a precaution, especially for Banda Sea crossings.

Are there age restrictions?

Children aged 10+ can join as snorkelers. For diving, the minimum age is 12 for Junior Open Water divers (accompanied by a parent/guardian), and 15 for independent divers. There is no upper age limit, but all guests must complete a medical questionnaire.

Destinations

Wie ist das Klima?

Indonesia offers year-round diving. Raja Ampat is best from October to April (calm seas, peak manta season). Komodo peaks from April to November (manta season, clear waters). The Banda Sea season runs from September to November (hammerheads, whale sharks). Each region has its own optimal window.

What marine life can I expect?

Indonesia sits in the Coral Triangle — the world's most biodiverse marine region. Expect manta rays, reef sharks, pygmy seahorses, nudibranch, schooling barracuda and jacks, Napoleon wrasse, turtles, and vibrant coral gardens. Raja Ampat alone is home to over 1,500 fish species and 600 coral species.

Sustainability

What eco-friendly practices do you follow?

We operate reef-safe dive briefings, use biodegradable cleaning products, minimize single-use plastics (reusable water bottles provided), and follow strict marine park guidelines. Our vessels maintain safe distance from marine life and our guides enforce no-touch policies on coral reefs.

Do you support marine conservation?

Yes. A portion of every booking supports local marine conservation initiatives. We partner with organizations working to protect Raja Ampat's marine protected areas and Komodo National Park. Our crew participates in regular reef clean-up activities.
