These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neptune Liveaboards operates, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

1. INCLUSIONS / EXCLUSIONS
1.1 INCLUSIONS
Accommodation onboard in a twin or double cabin as selected.
Starlink Wifi (limited).
Scheduled return transfers by car between the airport or designated downtown hotels and the embarkation / disembarkation point on the first and last day of the cruise.
Full board meals onboard: breakfast, lunch, dinner, daily snacks, drinking water, coffee, and tea.
Guided diving (subject to the itinerary) with a maximum ratio of 1 dive guide to 4 divers.
Guided snorkeling activities (as per itinerary).
Land excursions as specified in the published itinerary.
Use of standard diving equipment: air tanks (12L/80cf), weights, and weight belts.
Dive insurance (applicable only for direct bookings made with Neptune Liveaboards).
1.2 EXCLUSIONS:
International or domestic flights and accommodation before/after the cruise.
Mandatory travel insurance and dive insurance for non-direct bookings.
Visa costs, passport fees, and related travel expenses.
Airport taxes and excess baggage fees.
Private transfers or transfers outside the scheduled pick-up/drop-off windows.
Rental of personal diving/snorkeling equipment (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel, etc.).
Government and park fees (e.g., Komodo National Park entrance, tourism levies).
Dive courses, certifications, and specialty training
Nitrox fills and 15L tank upgrades.
Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits).
Crew gratuities/tips (at guest’s discretion).
Any other personal expenses not explicitly stated in the inclusions.
Note: All diving activities are subject to weather, safety, and operational conditions.
Diving is not conducted on disembarkation days. Itineraries may be adjusted
without prior notice for guest safety, operational requirements, or environmental
factors.
2. BOOKING POLICY & PAYMENTS
2.1 INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS (FIT)
Reservations may be made via email, WhatsApp, or through authorized agents (e.g.,
Liveaboards.com, PADI Travel)
A 30% deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation to secure the
reservation.
Final payment must be received no later than 90 days before the trip departure date.
If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the booking may be released without notice.
2.2 GROUP BOOKINGS & PRIVATE CHARTERS
Initial Deposit: 10% of the total charter cost is due within 7 days of booking.
Mid-Term Payment: Additional 20% due within 90 days of initial booking.
Final Balance: Remaining balance due no later than 90 days before departure.
Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation without refund as
per cancellation policy.
3. SHORT-NOTICE BOOKINGS
For bookings made within 90 days of the departure date, full payment is required immediately.
These bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 BANK TRANSFER
Bank transfer is accepted for all bookings.
Account details will be provided with your invoice.
Payments are accepted in USD, EUR, or IDR, using the exchange rate provided by
Neptune Liveaboards at time of invoicing.
All bank fees, intermediary charges, and transaction costs are the responsibility of the
sender. Neptune must receive the full net amount.
4.2 CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
Bank transfer is accepted for all bookings.
Processed securely via a third-party payment gateway.
A 3% non-refundable processing fee applies to all card payments.
Neptune does not store card information; only essential identification (name, email, last 4
digits) is recorded for reference.
4.3 ONBOARD PAYMENTS
Onboard purchases (e.g., bar tabs, gear rental, merchandise) can be settled in cash
(IDR or USD) or via card (subject to terminal availability).
All outstanding balances must be paid prior to disembarkation. Receipts will be issued by
the Cruise Director.
5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
5.1 GENERAL CANCELLATION
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
or via our official WhatsApp channel.
5.2 RESCHEDULING POLICY
Within 30 days of departure: No rescheduling permitted.
More than 30 days before departure: 30% rescheduling fee applies.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be rebooked within 12 months of original
departure.
5.3 INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS (FIT) CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip start date: 90% refund (10%
administration fee applies from total payment).
Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before the trip start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trip start date: Non-refundable.
5.4 GROUP & CHARTER CANCELLATION
All charter payments are non-refundable once received.
Rescheduling is subject to approval and is not guaranteed.
5.5 INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive insurance covering travel, health, diving,
and trip cancellations. Neptune can provide documentation for claim purposes but is not liable
for compensation.
5.6 GUEST SUBSTITUTION
Name changes are allowed with prior written approval. The replacement guest must accept all
Terms & Conditions and assume full responsibility for the booking.
5.7 NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to arrive at the appointed meeting location/time is considered a no-show. No refund or
compensation will be provided.
6. CHANGES TO PRICING, SERVICES & ITINERARY
6.1 BEFORE CONFIRMATION
Neptune reserves the right to modify pricing, itinerary, or services prior to booking confirmation.
6.2 POST-CONFIRMATION ADJUSTMENTS
Confirmed prices may only be adjusted due to:
Major fluctuations in fuel or logistics costs
Changes in government-mandated fees
Exchange rate changes exceeding ±10%
6.3 ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS
The Captain or Cruise Director may adjust the itinerary due to:
Adverse weather
Port authority restrictions
Guest safety concerns
Mechanical issues
Equivalent alternatives will be arranged when possible. No refunds for itinerary
changes.
7. CANCELLATION BY NEPTUNE LIVEABOARDS
7.1 FORCE MAJEURE
Trips may be canceled or modified due to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics or epidemics
Government restrictions
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Any unforeseen, uncontrollable event
In such cases, guests may receive credit or the option to reschedule. Refunds are
not guaranteed.
7.2 OPERATIONAL CANCELLATIONS
Trips may also be canceled due to:
Vessel mechanical failure
Crew illness or shortages
Safety-related concerns
Guests will receive a full refund or reschedule option. Neptune is not liable for
additional costs (e.g., airfare, visas, accommodation).
8. MID-TRIP CHANGES
In emergencies or unexpected technical issues during the cruise, Neptune may alter the
itinerary or cancel specific services. No refunds are issued for unused services due to such
changes.
9. LIABILITY & RISK ACCEPTANCE
Participation in diving and all onboard activities is at the guest’s own risk. Neptune Liveaboards,
its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for:
Injury, illness, or death
Loss or damage to property
Delays or failures caused by third parties
Guests are fully responsible for costs associated with medical evacuation or
emergency services.
10. LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Neptune is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the trip.
Guests are advised to have travel insurance that covers personal property.
